Juana (she/her) serves as the Pioneer’s Lead Reporter/Writer for the 2024-25 schoolyear. She’s from Chicago Heights and her degree concentration is English/literature; she plans to transfer to a four-year university to study screenwriting or creative writing. She loves reading novels and writing fiction — she hopes to publish a novel one day. She’s also into origami and crochet.
